To Barbara and the entire Lowe Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss and the loss to us all! Bill was one of the really good guys out there. Like Bill I am involved in Babe Ruth Baseball and Softball and have always appreciated his efforts on behalf of the young people he has always supported. Talk about a guy who continually went above and beyond the call of duty. Bill did just that! He will be truly missed!
Love and Prayers,
